It's pretty good, I guess. I don't know much about poetry though.
Also, perhaps we could have a separate poetry thread where everyone could try their hand at translating poetry. You seem to be quite the poet yourself, so it would be right up your alley.

Poetry is quite a bit more difficult than prose, IMHO. In prose, you have considerably more context to work with, and can make much better guesses about what the author is saying. Poetry can be subject to dozens of different interpretations because there are so few words on the page. I have never attempted to translate poetry, having run into enough difficulties with trying to figure out what various poems might mean in English!
One thing I do know is that poetry demands even more precise attention to word choice, cadence, associations, even number of syllables per line, than prose. Crafting the impression received by the reader is very difficult.
Then again, there may be people who translate poems who say all the same things about prose...
